Account Security, Data, and Your Rights Under These Terms

These terms include specific commitments around how we store, use, and protect your account data. Below are the six core areas we want you to understand before you start using the platform.

Data Storage

We store your account details, transaction history, and session logs on secured servers. Your UPI or Paytm-linked payment data is never stored in plain text and is encrypted at rest using current industry-standard protocols.

Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses cookies to keep your session active, remember your lobby preferences, and measure which areas of the site you use most. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser, though some features may not work without session cookies.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and we will lock the account within minutes of a verified request, protecting any pending PhonePe or UPI withdrawals.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a period after closure as required under applicable Indian financial regulations. After the retention period, personal data is deleted or anonymised.

Who to Contact for Changes

To request a correction to your stored data or to ask about what personal data we hold, email our data team directly from your registered address. We will acknowledge the request within 48 hours and respond in full within 14 days.

Right to Close Your Account

You may request account closure at any time through the account settings page or by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 72 hours, and any remaining wallet balance will be returned to your linked UPI or Paytm account.

These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration and confirm your details. By submitting your registration, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to all clauses that apply to your account and region.

No. We are required to notify you of any material change to these terms via your registered email address or through a notice posted in your account dashboard. Continued use of the platform after receiving that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If your account is suspended pending a review, any wallet balance is frozen but not forfeited. Once the review is complete and if access is restored, your balance — including any pending UPI or Paytm transactions — will be accessible again.

Yes. All payment methods available on the platform, including PhonePe, Paytm, and UPI, are covered under the same terms. Withdrawal eligibility, verification steps, and processing timelines outlined in these terms apply equally across all supported payment rails.

You can raise a formal dispute by emailing our support team with your account number and a description of the decision you are challenging. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and assign your case to a senior member of the account compliance team.

We share data only where required to process your payments — for example, passing necessary details to your UPI provider — or where required by applicable Indian law. We do not sell your personal data to marketing companies or unrelated third parties.

Account closure is processed within 72 hours of a verified request. Any remaining balance at the time of closure is returned to your registered UPI or Paytm account, less any amounts subject to an open verification or dispute at the time of the request.
